How to Cook Royal cashew curry


Royal cashew curry:
Oil – 2 teaspoons
Cashews (broken or whole)-1 cup
Onion –1 ½ cups, chopped roughly
Ginger – ½ inch piece, chopped roughly
Green chillies – 2 small, chopped roughly
Tomatoes –1 ? cups pureed
Butter – 2 tablespoons
salt-for taste
Garam masala-1
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Coriander powder – 3 teaspoons
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Heavy whipping cream (Malai) – ¼ cup
Water – ½ cup (More or less depending on your liking gravy consistency)

Take a pan and add 2 teaspoon of oil and fry cashew in it and take that separately and grind it make it as thick paste.
Now in the same pan add onion, chillies, ginger and fry them until it turns in to golden brown
Now add the tomato purred in it and let it boil and add chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder and garam masala and add half cup of water with a spoon of salt.
Now wait until its boils out completely and let it duck out the oil and add the cashew paste in it and it be for 5 mints in low flame.
Royal cashew curry is ready for both.
