Green Chillies-8
Gram flour-1/4 kg
Rice flour-100 Gms
Corn flour-100 Gms
Salt for taste
Chilli powder a pinch
Oil-1 litre
Wash the green chilies properly and slit the chillies slightly so that batter can be stuffed in when it is dunked in the water,
Mix all the flour well with water little by little with rice powder and corn flour and the batter should be neither thin nor thick, meanwhile oil should be heated up the pan to fry the dunked chillies.
Chillies should be dunked in the batter and deeply fried in the oil Wait until it turns golden brown colour. Once it is fried have it with coconut chutney.
